Best Western Spartanburg Northwest

Place was very clean, decorations in room and surroundings where very nice , rugs in corridors where clean also in rooms , sinks, bathtubs toilets, where clean , bed was comfortable and had clean sheets , the room was modern The staff was professional , the breakfast was good had hot breakfast , eggs, sausage, potatoes,biscuits and sausage gravy for the biscuits. There was a lady that was always keeping the kitchen very clean , she did a great job of it . Overall a great to stay.

Value for the accommodation.

Downtown was very enjoyable, ran into the Cribb's 9th annual burger cook-off which was a delicious and a delightful surprise - we were in for Total Death Fest at Ground Zero the night before which was well worth the drive from VA, but would visit the area again just for the burgers.

Newly remodeled and comfortable.

Super comfortable beds, decent breakfast, great location, and most importantly STAFF! If this hotel could clone Willie it would be the top chain on the planet. Outstanding customer service, he went well beyond anything we could have expected to make our stay the best possible. He even gathered information on local sites and apartments as we had told him we are relocating to the area. We had stayed here a while back and Willie recognized me as soon as I entered, he had saved a dress that I accidentally left behind previously (folded nicely and sealed in a plastic bag).
